At DAHON, we stand behind the quality of our folding bikes and accessories with a straightforward 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a return or exchange to ensure your cycling experience remains top-tier.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Bike

  Ensure the bicycle is clean and packed securely in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, tools, and components that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear to confirm it is in like-new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
